Stonewall Property Group is seeking a motivated and licensed Texas real estate salesperson to join our growing property management team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented customer-focused professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing residential and multi-family properties.

Responsibilities:

Handle leasing renewals and move-in/move-out processes.
Market and show available properties to prospective tenants.
Process applications and prepare lease agreements in compliance with TREC and company policies.
Support owners and tenants with excellent communication and timely service.
Maintain accurate records and assist with daily property management operations.

Qualifications:

Active Texas Real Estate Salesperson License (required).
Prior experience in property management or real estate leasing preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
