Position: LVN- LPN
Location : Lake Isabella CA 93240
Duration : 3 months (Possibly Extension)

Shift : Day Shift Sun Mon and Tuesday 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Description:

Provide basic nursing care including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications and injections as prescribed and within scope of practice
Assist physicians and RNs with patient examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collect samples for laboratory testing
Provide wound care and dressing changes
Educate patients and families on basic healthcare instructions
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
Respond to patient needs and report changes in condition to supervising staff
