What youll be doing:
- Providing efficient claims services to scheme members intermediaries and trustees
- Applying Defined Benefit scheme knowledge to check and authorise quotations and claims
- Responding to enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Delivering on-the-job training and sharing technical advice with team members
- Acting as a technical expert and staying up to date with pensions legislation
- Maintaining scheme records and investigating anomalies
- Following standard operating procedures and ensuring full audit trails
- Communicating key updates to internal teams and third parties
Qualifications :

- Pension qualification such as CII or PMI or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation
- Ability to carry out manual calculations and interpret scheme provisions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing priorities and working to tight timescales
