We are looking for a
Scientist Primary Cell Modelling (m/f/d)

Your responsibilites:
- Establish maintain and optimize disease-derived organoid cultures and 3D cell models
- Independently run execute and troubleshoot organoid experiments
- Perform and analyze routine assays including microscopy immunostaining FACS qPCR and other molecular biology techniques
- Ensure experiments follow SOPs quality standards and proper scientific documentation
- Support and guide technicians with hands-on training and technical expertise
- Design experiments analyze data and clearly communicate results to cross-functional teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of protocols reproducibility and throughput
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
Our requirements:
- PhD in Cell Biology Stem Cell Biology Developmental Biology Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with organoid culture preferably disease-derived organoids
- Practical experience with 3D cell culture systems (e.g. Matrigel ECM-based or hydrogel-based cultures)
- Experience with primary cell culture and/or stem cellderived models
- Proficiency in routine laboratory techniques such as microscopy immunostaining FACS qPCR and basic molecular assays
- Experience independently running optimizing and troubleshooting experiments
- Familiarity with SOP-driven or regulated laboratory environments
- Experience providing scientific guidance or support to junior staff or technician
