Job Summary
Elysia Wellness Retreat is Australias leading wellness destination offering tailored programs and exceptional guest experiences. Our reservations team is the first point of contact for guests ensuring a seamless booking process.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Casual Reservations Agent to join our front office team. This role involves managing guest bookings providing exceptional customer service and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email inquiries professionally
- Process reservations accurately using booking systems
- Provide information about retreat packages and services
- Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in reservations or hospitality (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
