Develop & execute all aspects of go-to market strategy for Vertical.
Build the structure & organization necessary to execute Segment strategic objectives.
Drive organic & inorganic growth activities in selected countries & channels.
Key Tasks/ Areas :
Commercial performance management
Regular analysis of sales and margin development
Order acquisition
Directs the vertical to achieve budgeted profitability and other planned financial and non-financial results and to preserve and improve the ROCE in the segment / BA
Ensures that all operations are performed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Customer relationship management
Regular customer visits and updates on ou rofferings
Intial contact for any customer complaints or claims
Full use of CRM tools to maintain a transparent picture on our customers
Strategy development
Collect and document relevant market information (SOM product data)
Develop entry strategies and specific measures for markets and customers with highest potential profitable volume and growth
Identify growth opportunities from product portfolio measures and define specific customer/market measures for realization
Strategy / Budget / Forecast
Support Segment / BA strategy development with perspective of respective vertical
Develop and execute 5y sales plan in line with Segment strategy
Provide input to SPS budget and forecasts
Management and leadership
Maintains a sound plan of the organization and proposes and implements changes in organization structure as required by the development and growth of the business
Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and reports these results to the CES Segment Head
Supports the CES Segment Head on any kind of strategic questions and topics Ensures that organization policies are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered
Reviews and approves internal policies and controls the communication of reliable management operating information and thereby solidifies the management controls and direction of the segment
Closely aligns with the business of the Distribution Segment and other verticals of the governance guidelines
Quality
Safeguards commited standards of quality guidelines (internal and external) quality awareness customer quality targets and observes customer care commitments
Representation of the Segment / BU
Represents the vertical and CES Segment as appropriate in its relationships with major customers suppliers competitors government agencies and similar groups in order to safeguard the interests of the Segment/Business Area/corporation
Qualifications :
Graduation/ Post Graduation
10 years professional experience in general management preferably sales oriented project management or commercial management
Project management experience in major projects especially in international business environment
