Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is a third-generation family-owned dealership that has proudly served the Pawleys Island community and surrounding areas for over 40 years! We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is designed to support our entire sales department and provide the foundation for a successful future sales career. The Sales Assistant will help streamline communication manage essential sales processes and ensure that our customers receive the best experience possible. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the automotive business from the ground up with the goal of progressing into a Sales Professional position.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and customer communication

Make outbound and receive inbound calls

Send customer emails text messages and personalized videos

Manage and update customer information within theCRM system

Greet customers in the showroom and ensure they feel welcomed

Set appointments for the sales team

Send welcome messages and follow-ups

Move vehicles for customer deliveries photos and display needs

Take photos and videos of vehicles for marketing and customer communication

Assist all Sales Professionals as needed to ensure smooth operations

Provide reports and updates to management

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient computer skills

Positive team-oriented attitude

Clean driving record and valid drivers license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
