Job Summary
- Completes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas including equipment and supplies following correct procedures as directed.
- Assists in arranging and organizing food and supply orders.
- Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
- Properly wraps labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator freezer or storage room.
- Washes dishes pots and pans as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
