Position Purpose:
The account management co-op will serve as a key resource to the team.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to the Director of Energy & Account Management.
- Professional service to account relationships.
- Prepare client reports presentations and account summaries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM (Salesforce).
- Assist with contract management and renewal processes.
- Support preparation of sales proposals.
- Provide support for market research efforts.
- Schedule meetings calls and follow-up activities.
- Analyze account performance metrics and prepare basic reports using excel powerpoint and Power BI.
- Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.
Qualifications :
Education/Experience/Background:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Currently enrolled in school obtaining BS/BA preferably in Business Economics Sustainability Accounting Engineering or relatable field.
- Some energy utility or related experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in the energy utility or a related sector is a plus.
- Prior experience in client engagement.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Good PC and Microsoft Office skills strong Excel and Word skills required; Microsoft Access a plus.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills required.
- Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability/flexibility to learn and apply new skills.
- Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
