Job Summary
We are looking for a Functional Analyst with proven experience in billing processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams ensuring the delivery of robust solutions aligned with requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and present HLDs (High-Level Designs) for functional solutions.
- Organize and lead meetings with business areas and technical teams.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between teams.
- Manage vendors responsible for implementations.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Solid experience in billing and functional project management.
- Preferable knowledge of Kenan PPB and XTR/PDoc.
- Technical skills in Oracle DB Linux scripting C and Java.
- Strong communication organizational skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in functional design and technical documentation.
Additional Information :
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office).
- Location: Parque das Nações Lisboa.
