- Drive effective communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Contribute topeople management: hiring planning supporting professional growth of team members conducting one-on-one meetings and collaborating with HR
- Prepare and deliverproject status reports and presentationsfor customers and supervisors
- Maintain and updateproject management documentationin line with company processes
- Assist withproject start closure and handoveractivities
- Support organizational initiatives includingteam-building activities
- Managetime reportingand ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a ProjectCoordinatororPersonal Assistantin IT area for at least 1 year
- Strong proficiency withMicrosoft tools: Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams. Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus
- Skilled in creating clear efficient and professional reports
- Familiarity withAgile methodologies(theoretical knowledge required)
- Well-developedsoft skills: communication adaptability problem-solving
- At least 1 year of experience inpeople managementor in a similar area including:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Conflict resolution
- Motivation and team building
- Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of spoken and writtenEnglish.
