Expression of Interest MEP Assistant Project Construction Lead (Data Center)

• Assist in planning and scheduling MEP works in alignment with overall project timelines.
• Coordinate with design consultants subcontractors and suppliers for MEP scope compliance.
• Review technical submittals shop drawings and RFIs for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor MEP installation activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support inspections testing and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC electrical fire protection plumbing).
• Track and report progress issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare meeting minutes progress reports and maintain accurate records of MEP deliverables.
• Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.
• Help identify risks related to MEP systems and propose mitigation strategies.
• Document deviations incidents and delays affecting MEP milestones.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in MEP construction management preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC electrical distribution fire protection and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CAD software.
