Internship Product Content

What will you do

As a Product Content Intern you will support the Product Content team with legal topics and implementation of various PDP (product detail page) strategies. Our Product Content team plays a key role in ensuring that our online product information is accurate legally compliant and engaging for our customers. At MediaMarkt we are passionate about consumer electronics and strive to offer the best customer experience both online and in-store. We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Content Intern to join our Product Content team at MediaMarkt from February to July. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Product Content team with reporting and analyses related to product legal topics and sanity checks.
• Helping to optimize and update existing PDPs with missing legal information.
• Coordinating the support requestsfor existing topics with other departments.
• Assisting in tracking and forecasting legal regulationsand what might be necessary for implementation.
• Preparing reports and presentations in English.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Who are you

• Currently studying or just finished Business Communicationor a bachelor in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and processes.
• Product Maintenance system knowledge is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English(Dutch is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and able to understand and make use of dashboards.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
