Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced results-driven Sales Leader to define and execute the commercial strategy for our Low-Code Solutions practice with a primary focus on the French market and expansion across EMEA. This is a critical high-impact role responsible for driving significant revenue growth establishing strategic client relationships and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will work in close strategic partnership with OutSystems France and will be fully supported by our Portuguese team (Pre-Sales & Delivery) to ensure effective execution and client success. This role demands strong commercial acumen combined with a deep understanding of Low-Code platforms (OutSystems Mendix etc.) and their value for enterprise digital transformation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and implement the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Low-Code Solutions in France and the wider EMEA region.
  • Pipeline & Sales: Build manage and accelerate a predictable sales pipeline to consistently achieve ambitious quarterly and annual business targets.
  • Partnership Ownership: Develop and maintain a long-term strategic partnership with OutSystems France (and other key platform partners).
  • Executive Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders (C-level) acting as a trusted advisor on digital strategy.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead complex enterprise contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal Delivery Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to ensure overall client success.
  • Market Presence: Represent the company in industry events conferences and partner activities driving brand visibility.

Qualifications :

Essential requirements:

  • Requirements: Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within IT services or enterprise software
  • Experience in Low-Code solutions (OutSystems Mendix Power Platform Appian etc.) is a strong plus
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales ideally with international exposure
  • Native French and English is mandatory (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel occasionally within EMEA
