Job Summary
- Project manager for ME-IC ASIC product development
- Lead a multi-culture project team to achieve project objectives (cost time quality)
- Involved in project acquisition and define the scope of project
- Conduct risk management and escalation to secure project goals
- Plan track and report project progress (budget resources schedule quality)
- Perform Quality Gates (QGx) according to ASIC development flow during product lifecycle
- Act as interface to internal customer coordinate project suppliers manufacturing logistics and quality functions
- Lead problem solving activities until conclusion
Qualifications :
- Master degree in Microelectronic circuits or Electronics Engineering
- > 5ys experience in Automotive Product HW/SW/System engineering (IC component area as a plus)
- > 5ys Bosch project management experience (PMP certificate or RK-PMQ)
- Systematic thinking very good self-organize and task management skill
- Very good communication collaboration capability and conflict management skills
- Fluent foreign languages: English German (as a plus)
