Job Summary
We are looking for a Consultant based in Sydney or Adelaide preferably with industry experience in any of the following areas:
- Asset management processes tools and methodologies
- Rail/transport sector planning or major programs
- Power generation transmission and/or distribution
- Water and wastewater asset management
- Asset management in government facilities aviation or defence
- Asset data and information including strategy digital transformation or analytics in asset-intensive industries
As part of the ANZ team you will help to our clients to uplift their asset management capabilities. Your work will be varied and could range from support for short-term strategic advisory to client placements or major multi-year transformations. We expect that you will work across sectors in our core business primarily power water rail government and facilities.

- Getting to know our global Market Offerings and understanding their benefits
- Working with clients to identify plan and enact asset management capability uplift initiatives with the support of our experienced team
- Supporting the delivery of complex asset management projects and programs through effective and transparent project management
- Delivering a number of projects simultaneously ensuring we continue to meet expectations for quality
- Proactively managing project risks
- Growing your experience across our market offerings and contributing to global thought leadership
We are a small team with flexibility and variety in the work we deliver. This role would suit someone who is excited to apply their industry expertise to a consulting role or to move into a small consultancy environment where you can accelerate your learning and exposure to clients. We offer flexible working arrangements and central working hubs alongside our parent company.
Qualifications :
- Degree level qualification preferred engineering business economics or other relevant field
- Some experience in asset management (industry or consulting) and relevant industry experience in either water/utilities power or asset data and information.
- Knowledge or experience of asset-intensive industries including power water rail government and facilities.
- Understanding of good project management practices and experience delivering work to time cost and quality requirements.
- Proven experience delivering quality service to internal or external customers with good communication and ability to build rapport.
- Desire to develop a network of industry contacts and participate within industry.
The following experience is desirable but not essential:
- Asset management capability assessment and improvement road-mapping.
- Delivering transformational multi-year programs
- Power sector safety and technical planning particularly in NSW and VIC
- Asset management software system management or implementation
- Investment business case planning and portfolio prioritisation
