At least 2 years experience in data networking with a strong focus on routing and switching
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or Juniper equivalent
Experience with SIP-based PBX systems and equipment (Cisco 3cx Asterisk Polycom Yealink) and SIP School or equivalent certification
A genuine curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
A strong desire to provide service that exceeds expectations
Experience coaching and mentoring others in a supportive way

As our Senior Enterprise Data & Voice Support Engineer youll play a key role in making things easy for our customers and partners. Youll help us deliver on our promise by combining technical expertise with a customer-first mindset ensuring every interaction feels seamless and supportive.
Troubleshoot investigate and resolve incidents affecting Enterprise Government and Wholesale services within agreed SLAs
Analyse plan and implement service changes with care and precision
Keep customers informed with proactive clear and empathetic updates throughout the resolution process
Build strong relationships internally and externally always acting in the customers best interests
Shield customers from complexity by managing carrier and third-party interactions on their behalf
Collaborate with sales account management billing and technical teams to create a smooth experience
Escalate issues promptly and manage upstream carrier relationships effectively
Maintain and grow your technical expertise through ongoing learning and certifications
