What Youll Do

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships across the GTA.
  • Consult with employers to understand their workforce needs and offer customized staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand a portfolio of long-term client partnerships through ongoing relationship management.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics pipeline development and market trends.

What You Bring

  • 2 years of proven success in sales or business development within the staffing recruitment or workforce solutions industry.
  • A strong network within the GTA business community you know where the opportunities are.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
