SAP Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert
Employment Type: Labour-hire contract (Approx. 10 months with potential to extend)
Location: Melbourne VIC
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $1200 per day including 12% superannuation
Security Clearance/Requirements: Must be an Australian citizen
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Subject Matter Expert to join a leading consulting this role you will provide specialist expertise in the design configuration and integration of identity and access management solutions across a complex SAP environment.
You will play a key role in supporting S/4HANA RISE and Public Cloud implementations ensuring secure seamless and efficient user access across hybrid SAP landscapes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure implement and support SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) within S/4HANA RISE and Public Cloud environments.
- Design and manage identity and access integrations between SAP systems and third-party Identity Providers (IdPs) such as Entra ID (Azure AD) or equivalent.
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions leveraging SAP Cloud Identity Services ensuring secure and seamless user access across applications.
- Coordinate downstream integrations between SAP Cloud and on-premise systems including S/4HANA SAP BTP and other SAP landscape components to ensure consistent identity management and provisioning.
- Collaborate with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to align SAP identity architecture with broader enterprise identity and access management (IAM) frameworks such as SailPoint or similar solutions.
- Participate in system design configuration and testing activities for identity services as part of SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 yrs experience working on S/4HANA RISE or Public Cloud implementations
- Experience in configuration of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS)
- Integrations with 3rd party Identity Provider systems (IdPs) such as EntraID or equivalent
- Downstream integrations with hybrid SAP landscape including S/4HANA SAP BTP and other SAP systems
- Integrations with Enterprise (or SAP) Identity Management solutions such as SailPoint
- Be familiar with design and configuration of SSO using SAP CIS
