In one sentence
We are looking for a Network Engineer to design implement maintain and support our growing network infrastructure. Engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable maintainable highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
What will your job look like
- Configure install & troubleshoot various network devices and services (e.g. routers switches firewalls load balancers VPN QoS cloud networking (AWS & Azure)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs patches hot fixes and security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization trending and capacity planning
- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools policies and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
All you need is...
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience of 6 8 Yrs.
- CCNP or higher.
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Deep understanding of Routing & Switching.
- Should be able to install Configure & Perform deep Troubleshooting of
- Cisco Routing & Switching platforms.
- Cloud Networking AWS & Azure
- Cisco Nexus datacenter Family switches.
- Cisco Wireless Family.
- Cisco/Checkpoint/FortiGate Firewalls
- F5 Load balancers.
- network analytics tools
- Basic Knowledge of UNIX.
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams clients and groups of staff across an organization.
