Nous développons actuellement notre équipe de gestion des infrastructures et recherchons des managers technologiques expérimentés pour notre poste de Chef de Cluster des Opérations de Centre de Données. Nous recherchons une personne ayant une vaste expérience en gestion/développement des personnes avec la motivation et la vision nécessaires pour faire progresser les Opérations des Centres de Données .
Le candidat retenu aura de lexpérience dans la gestion de managers et déquipes aux compétences variées ; la création le suivi et le contrôle des budgets ; loptimisation et la rationalisation des processus actuels pour une efficacité maximale ; la planification stratégique par lutilisation de métriques dentonnoir ; le mentorat à tous les niveaux ; le parrainage et la réalisation de grands projets et la proposition de solutions techniques à des problèmes complexes.
Ce poste requiert un candidat ayant une capacité avérée à conduire lamélioration continue et à maintenir le rythme de notre croissance explosive tout en motivant les autres à relever les défis dun environnement extrêmement axé sur les délais.


AWS is a fast paced technology company and a leader in the world of Data Centers. We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team and are looking for proven technology managers to fill our Data Center Operation Cluster Leader opening. This should be a person with broad experience in people management/development with the drive and vision to take Data Center Operations to the next level.

The successful candidate will have experience managing managers and teams with varying skill sets; creating tracking and controlling budgets; leaning and streamlining current processes for maximum efficiency; strategic planning through use of funnel metrics; mentoring people in all levels; sponsoring and delivering large projects and proposing technical solutions to complicated problems.

This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive continuous improvement and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.

- Maîtrise du français et de langlais
- *Plus de 5 ans dexpérience en management dans un environnement opérationnel dinfrastructure critique de fabrication de production ou de distribution
- * Plus de 3 ans dexpérience dans la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie LEAN/6 Sigma (amélioration continue DMAIC/DVADV 5 Pourquoi analyse des causes racines etc.)
- * Plus de 7 ans dexpérience avec les composants informatiques et les systèmes dexploitation
- Puisque ce rôle nécessite que lemployé interagisse avec dautres entités dAmazon à léchelle mondiale ainsi quavec des employés et intervenants dans dautres provinces canadiennes la connaissance du français et de langlais est exigée pour ce poste.
- Fluent in French and English
- * 5 years management experience in an operations critical infrastructure manufacturing production or distribution environment
- * 3 years experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement DMAIC/DVADV 5 Whys Root Cause analysis etc) * 7 years of experience working with computer components and operating systems. Due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada bilingualism French and English is required for this position

- Diplôme universitaire Bac en ingénierie informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Certification/Ceintures LEAN
- Certification PMP/PMI * Plus de 5 ans dexpérience dans la gestion déquipes géographiquement dispersées
- Plus de 5 ans dexpérience pratique avec des infrastructures critiques
- Satisfait/dépasse les exigences des principes de leadership dAmazon pour ce rôle
- Satisfait/dépasse la profondeur et la complexité fonctionnelle/technique dAmazon pour ce rôle
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related field.
- LEAN Certification/Belts
- PMP/PMI certification
- 5 years experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- 5 years of hands-on experience with mission critical infrastructure
