Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work real-time with product managers and engineering teams on test design evaluate testability of new features/implementations. Create and maintain excellent test plans test cases/test protocol requirements traceability automated tests and test reports. Identify use case based testcases E2E testcases System Testcases.
- Communicate testing and product quality status to various levels of the organization. Drive communication and consistently deliver accurate product quality snapshots for stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc and exploratory testing to find defects before the product is in the hands of users. Follow up on defects and regressions to improve product quality and provide input on factors that influence product excellence (Focused Utility Simple Design).
- Perform accessibility internationalization performance and localization testing as needed. Find and thoroughly report bugs track fixes and verify bug fixes.
- Define Performance strategy for system level testing and test optimization.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience in the Pharma Supply Chain Domain. Must have experience in Serialisation Track and Trace.
- Passionate about Quality Engineering Strong in Performance testing skills Hands on using Core Java coding JMeter relevant performance test tools.
- A strong appetite for ownership to drive quality initiatives where customer audit processes in a highly regulated market will clear.
- Excellent functional test skills. Ability to identify Test scenarios from RD or FS documents.
- Experience in designing Data Keyword Driven or Hybrid Test Automation Frameworks UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver using Java.
- Experience with API (REST/SOAP) and/or Performance testing.
- Experience building automation frameworks and/or test infrastructure from scratch with writing and running automation scripts.
- Reporting test results in the context of the system thereby reflecting quality criteria of the system behavior.
