Job Title - Oracle HCM Consultant (Technical / Functional / Techno - Functional)

Experience - 7 - 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirement:-

We have multiple openings across Oracle HCM Technical Functional and Techno-Functional roles.

Roles Open:

HCM Functional: OLC Redwood UI

HCM Funtional -US Payroll

HCM Technical -Redwood

HCM Technical: Core HR OR Payroll OR ORC

Techno-Functional: Core HR Absence Compensation Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Gather requirements perform fit-gap analysis and provide solutions.
Configure modules (Functional) / Develop integrations reports (Technical).
Work on Redwood UI enhancements and OLC setups.
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Relevant module expertise as per role.
Experience in implementation/support projects.
Good communication skills.
