Opening in 2026 Meros Hotel is the newest jewel of the Santikos Collection a contemporary expression of Cycladic grace understated luxury and authentic Greek hospitality.
Nestled in the heart of Naoussa Paros Meros is where craftsmanship meets nature where wine food and architecture blend to tell a story of the Aegeans purest essence.

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager who can bring this vision to life from the ground up: a professional with operational mastery emotional intelligence and a deep appreciation for the spirit of Paros.
The Role
The Hotel Manager will lead all pre-opening and operational phases of the property translating vision into reality.
From assembling and training the team to setting service rituals and quality standards this role is for someone who thrives in the challenge of creation building something timeless from the very beginning.
This is not an office job.
Its a leadership role built on presence being on the floor in the kitchen by the front desk connecting with people and shaping the rhythm of the hotel.
The Hotel Manager at Meros blends strategy with soul: delivering seamless operations developing people and ensuring that every guest feels the islands spirit from the moment they arrive.
Requirements
- Lead the hotels pre-opening build the team set the standards and prepare the property for success.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments with attention and calm leadership.
- Maintain exceptional guest experiences rooted in authenticity and detail.
- Manage budgets and performance with an eye for both efficiency and excellence.
- Build a strong team culture one that values respect creativity and collaboration.
- Foster local partnerships with winemakers producers and artisans.
- Represent Meros and tell its story through guests partners and the community.
Who You Are
- A hotel professional with 7 years of leadership experience ideally in boutique or lifestyle properties.
- Passionate about Greek hospitality fine food and wine.
- Calm under pressure empathetic with people and detail-oriented by nature.
- Fluent in Greek and English with a professional guest-first mindset.
