• Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• You have 10 years of experience as HR Director Head of HR or in a senior HR role ideally in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.
• You bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition Leadership & People Development HR Administration Employment Law and Performance Management.
• Proven success in organizational development change management culture transformation and digital HR transformation (HRIS automation HR analytics).
• Fluent in Spanish and English strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and strong people skills you inspire teams foster collaboration and create a modern HR culture focused on growth and excellence.
