Were looking for aGaming Technical Compliance Specialistto join our teama detail-driven tech-savvy role at the heart of Louisianas regulated gaming this position youll play a key part in maintaining the integrity and security of electronic gaming and video draw poker devices by certifying testing and inspecting equipment to ensure it meets strict technical and compliance standards. Youll work directly with industry professionals law enforcement and internal teams to monitor devices verify software accuracy investigate potential tampering and ensure all systems report revenue and performance correctly.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of information technology or electronic technician experience; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any area; OR
An associates degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any area. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any area.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Complete certifications configurations and testing of all electronic gaming devices video draw poker devices and monitoring system software used in the Louisiana gaming market to ensure that it has not been compromised or altered.
- Position will serves as initial video poker contact between the industry representative and the Video Poker Technical Support/Video Poker Administrative Section to review problems provide input to higher level staff members and assist with planning and implementation to ensure compliant resolutions.
- Conduct random compliance inspections of licensed properties and establishments which offer gaming to ensure licensees are operating devices and monitoring systems to security and certification standards as approved by independent testing laboratories.

Compensation:The compensation depends on qualifications and experience. The minimum salary for the Gaming Technical Compliance Specialist 1 is $1570.40/biweekly.
