Trade Compliance Manager

As a Global Trade Compliance Manager you will ensure global compliance with international trade regulations by leading compliance programs overseeing product classification and trade control activities and supporting the business globally. You will collaborate with local and regional gatekeepers to implement procedures maintain compliance systems and ensure consistent adherence to trade rules across all operations.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the global MAS (Machine Automation Solution) Trade Compliance program.

• Oversee tariff classification (HTS codes) country of origin determination and tariff calculation processes.

• Ensure compliance with export control sanctions and dual-use regulations (e.g. EAR ITAR EU Dual-Use).

• Cooperate with local gatekeepers to ensure alignment with global and local trade compliance requirements.

• Manage and enhance compliance processes in Archer and other trade management systems.

• Support the global supply chain with accurate trade information regarding origin duties and import/export documentation.

• Provide training and guidance to logistics procurement and sales teams on trade compliance requirements.

• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to company policies and procedures.

Your track record in steering departments or groups toward growth and operational excellence is complemented by your reputation as a visionary person adept at crafting and implementing strategic plans.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in international business Law Economics Logistics or a related field.

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in Trade Compliance Global Logistics or Supply Chain Compliance.

• Experience with compliance tools (e.g. Archer SAP or equivalent).

• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent English both written and spoken.

• EU Dual-Use Regulation.

• HTS/HS Classification and Rules of Origin.

• Sanctions and embargo compliance.

• Italian language.
