Description
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: United Digestives (UD) Recruiter II acts as a collaborative partner to hiring managers supporting talent acquisition needs through full-cycle recruitment. This role manages intake meetings sourcing interviewing offer facilitation and candidate tracking within the applicant tracking system. The Recruiter II is responsible for delivering positive candidate experiences while meeting performance goals and contributing to improvements in recruitment processes.
Reports To: Director Talent Acquisition
RESPONSIBILIITES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with business leaders to plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce needs.
- Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and manage recruitment timelines
- Analyze market trends to inform sourcing and hiring decisions
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and branding
- Extend and negotiate offers in coordination with HR and compensation teams
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support reporting needs
- Contribute to talent analytics and workforce planning efforts
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices
- May mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with external partners
- Perform any other duties and/or special projects as assigned
EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of two years of full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing interviewing and offer management
- Proven ability to partner with Hiring Managers and ability to develop strategic hiring plans
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Paycom experience a plus
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
- Strong understanding of labor market trends sourcing strategies and employer branding
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media and AI
- Experience working in a corporate environment. Healthcare experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to improve hiring processes and mentor junior team members

Recruiter II must be able to:
- Possesses the ability to deal with candidates co-workers leadership and vendors with courtesy and respect
- Fully engage in conversations ask relevant questions and respond appropriately
- Align actions effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate agreements and resolve differences constructively
- Influence decisions and encourage behavioral change when needed
- Understand and interpret others reactions and emotions
- Plan prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Work under pressure; assess respond and communicate issues in a timely manner
- Apply logic and reasoning to evaluate options and solve problems
- Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and coworkers through the telephone email and in-person
- Ensure written information is accurate and appropriately communicated
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment travel as business needs dictate
