Were seeking a Senior People Data Analyst to play a key role in delivering the data insights reporting and analytics that underpin these critical initiatives. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity ideal for a senior-level analyst who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights that inform workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

In this senior analytical role you will:
Lead critical people data initiatives that strengthen the organisations data foundations ensuring accuracy consistency and trust in insights.
Analyse workforce trends andidentifykey levers influencing the organisations labour cost modelprovidingactionable insights to improve business and workforce outcomes.
Ensuretimelyaccurate and high-quality data reporting and analysis for senior leaders managers and HR partners.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting on key workforce metrics including recruitmentremuneration performance and workforce demographics whererequired.
Continuously improve data quality reporting processes and analytical tools to enhance insight generation and decision-making capability.
Present findings through clear engaging visualisations and narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences and provide guidance and direction on insights where required.

Youll be an experienced and collaborative data professional with the confidence to engage at all levels and influence through evidence and insight. Youll bring:
You have strong Microsoft Excel skills includingproficiencyin Power Pivot and Power with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) or the willingness to learn.
Good understanding of workforce management processesHRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) time and attendance systems andpeople analytics tools is desirable.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling isrequired.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills you can turn data into compelling stories that drive decisions.
A strong attention to detail with a pragmatic delivery-focused mindset.
