-Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products pricing and delivery schedules.
-Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial hardware/fasteners (i.e. source pricing and lead time) with appropriate follow-up with customers.
-Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner through various sales channels (email phone e-commerce).
-Work directly with assigned customers providing timely appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.
-Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts (pricing delivery quality issues).
-Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customers needs.
-Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
-Perform other duties that may be assigned.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.
-Minimum of 2 years in the distribution/ fastener/electronic hardware industry is preferred.
-Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.
-Exceptional time management skills.
-Experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution ERP system preferred.
-High School Diploma or GED required secondary degree preferred.
