About the Role:

Liebherr Australiais looking for a results-oriented Administrator to support our Remanufacturing team implementing best practices driving continuous improvement and collaborating with various departments to achieve operational excellence.

This role is perfect for someone looking to advance their administrative skills get to know the Liebherr business and work within a word class OEM. It also opens the door for future roles at Liebherr for the right candidate.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our component repair and remanufacturing activities.

Skills and Duties:

With an immediate start available you will be required to:

  • Collect and process work orders and timesheets
  • Manage data in the ERP system.
  • Handle and process the day-to-day administrative and approval requirements. (E.g. expense forms) and following up
  • Generate reports updating data bases
  • Establish and maintain effective information filing and data systems
  • Work in other Site Administration areas as required
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the administrative process
  • Personal (i.e. individuals) health and safety performance and behaviour and that your acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others
  • Compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy and Procedures.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Cert IV in relevant discipline or previously demonstrated experience within Administration
  • Good organisational skills with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.

Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
