Job Summary
Installation: 26th to 31st August 2025 (Approx.)
- Deinstallation: 12th to 16th October 2025 (Approx.)
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution and routing of cables in accordance with exhibition layout.
Conducting electrical inspections and ensuring safety compliance.
Setting up and configuring:
Power distribution units
Projectors and amplifiers
BrightSign digital signage players
Speakers and audio systems
Network cable connections and integration.
Calibration and functional testing of all technical equipment.
Coordination with exhibition management and onsite teams.
Deinstallation and professional packing of all equipment post-exhibition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling AV and electrical systems for exhibitions/events.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) to coordinate effectively with international teams.
Must carry their own set of tools and equipment required for the tasks.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under event timelines.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in technical installations.
