Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic English ECT to work within a supportive secondary school in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee or recently qualified teacher who wants to complete their induction in a school that genuinely invests in early career development. The successful candidate will teach English at KS3 and KS4 deliver engaging lessons and work closely with experienced staff who will support planning assessment and classroom management.
School Information
This 11 to 18 comprehensive educates around 1250 pupilsand performs above national averages with 92 percent of students achieving grades 9 to 4 in English and Maths. The school is well known locally for its positive ethos strong pastoral structures and commitment to providing a broad rich curriculum.
The English department offers a modern well-sequenced curriculum that balances classic literature contemporary texts analytical writing and speaking and listening skills.
