Were looking for a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering discipline to lead and deliver land development and site design projects across diverse sectors. Youll take ownership of project management activities - from site analysis and due diligence to planning permitting construction documentation and client coordination.

• Lead end-to-end project management for land development site design and civil engineering projects.

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives scope budget and timelines.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and cost controls.

• Coordinate with engineers designers contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution.

• Oversee preparation of construction documents grading plans stormwater management designs and permitting packages.

• Track progress manage change orders and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure design accuracy regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.

• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across internal and external teams.

• Lead presentations participate in design charrettes and represent the project team in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or ability to obtain soon.

• 5 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Project Outlook).

• Strong understanding of site development grading utilities and stormwater management.

• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage project budgets schedules and multidisciplinary teams.

• Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving and conceptual design abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
