About the Role:
Were looking for an IT Support Technician who can provide reliable and hands-on IT support both remotely and on-site across KZN.
Youll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly and helping clients solve technical challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Assist in implementing IT solutions and upgrades
Requirements / Technical Knowledge:- Minimum 3 years IT support experience
- CompTIA A and Network (N) certifications essential
- Microsoft certification or studying towards it.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel within KZN to client sites
