Job Summary

About the Role:
Were looking for an IT Support Technician who can provide reliable and hands-on IT support both remotely and on-site across KZN.
Youll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly and helping clients solve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Assist in implementing IT solutions and upgrades

Requirements / Technical Knowledge:

Minimum 3 years IT support experience
CompTIA A and Network (N) certifications essential
Microsoft certification or studying towards it.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to travel within KZN to client sites
