Job Summary

Master Campaign Infrastructure:
Architect/optimize Google Meta & LinkedIn campaigns (lead gen sales awareness) from scratch
Diagnose tracking issues via GTM conversion tags and analytics audits
Enforce platform best practices with surgical precision
Own Performance Science:
Command Looker Studio to decode KPIs (ROAS CPA CTR) and automate reporting
Execute monthly account surgeries: identify leaks and prescribe ROI optimizations
Govern budget pacing with zero-error discipline
Operational Excellence:
Utilize advanced Google Sheets scripting for real-time data analysis
Deliver pixel-perfect performance reports by the 3rd business day monthly
Maintain all core Google Ads certifications
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Technical Obsession: Passion for algorithmic optimization (bidding strategies automation) not creative aesthetics
Certifications: Google Ads certified (Search Display Measurement Shoppingall cores mandatory)
Background: Degree in Marketing/Analytics OR years hands-on PPC campaign scaling in agency
Platform Fluency: Ability to dissect platform updates and leverage data scripting (Google Sheets/GTM)
