A client is seeking a suitable individual to join them and assist in managing COID and account administration services for a period of 36 months to maintain compliance with the Compensation Fund to ensure that employees are adequately covered in the event of work-related injuries or diseases and Adequate administration of COID related issues.
Key responsibilities:
Account and Claim Administration
- Registration of new IODs and issuing of claim numbers.
- Online completion of required documents.
- Workflow indicating outstanding documents and follow up.
Helpdesk support.
- Storage of and access to IOD data.
- Supplying information and statistics on both previous and current cases.
- Submission of the IOD case(s) and Occupational cases to the Compensation Fund for Registration Adjudication Processing and Finalisation.
- Facilitate Re-opening of Closed cases with Compensation fund. Recovery of refunds and rebates payable by the Compensation Fund Review of COID account with the Compensation Fund.
- Annual Return Assessments and Letter of Good Standing.
- Reporting on IOD statistics Status and Progress.
- Training and Assistance
- COID Related Training. (Online and In Contact)
- COID Claim Helpdesk support.
Doctors Management
- Provide access to service providers (Doctors) willing to treat IOD patients and Occupational cases.
- Follow up with Doctors on outstanding documents and information.
Requirements
Matric or relevant NQF level qualification
Computer literacy
COID certificate will be added advantage
Maxium 10 years experience in office administration COID administration and inbound and outbound call centre experience.
