Job Summary
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Ghaziabad
Business Unit: Retail Asset
Job Summary:
Acquire and source Home Loan / Mortgage Loan customers for the bank through direct channels.
Generate business via market mapping builder tie-ups and local marketing initiatives.
Manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive sales performance.
Ensure quality sourcing compliance and customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Cross-sell other retail banking and insurance products to deepen client relationships.
Qualification:
Graduate (Any discipline) – Essential
Post Graduate – Preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Home Loan / LAP Sales
Team handling exposure preferred
Preferred Age Band: 25–35 years
