Company Profile- Drishti Equipments Pvt Ltd located in Kadi near Meshana Gujarat having Press ranging from 50Tons to 400Tons with blanking and progressive lines welding shop for Spot welding and Mig welding assemblies

Qualification: B.E/ B Tech Diploma Mechanical

Candidate Experience- 15- 20 years

Salary- CTC 18-22 lakhs

Key Knowledge Required-

Could be able to handle entire operations of Stamping Plant

Hands on Experience with Stamping Press and Weld Shop

Handing of daily PPC activities Press and Weld Shop Planning

Actual vs Target Production Analysis and Improvement

Man Power Handling

Raw Material Planning

Skill up gradation

Cost Saving in Process and Raw Material

Problem Solving Skills

Customer handling with good communication skills

5s layout planning

Dies and Machine Maintenance planning and knowledge

Kaizen identification and implementation skills

Experience to MS Office

Knowledge of Documentation and Audit preparation
