This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established 4-bed childrens home in Goole supporting young people with CSE and EBD needs.
Youll be responsible for ensuring the home provides a safe nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. The successful candidate will be motivated resilient and committed to achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes with Ofsted.
Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to complete within 6 months).
Strong knowledge of The Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 Quality Standards and SCCIF.
Proven ability to lead motivate and retain a stable team.
Experience in working with children affected by trauma neglect and exploitation (CSE).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
