Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for person-centred care
We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join a bespoke complex care package supporting an 18-year-old client in her family home. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a vibrant young woman with complex medical needs.
About the Role
As part of our close-knit team you will deliver high-quality nursing care in a home setting working in partnership with the clients family and wider multidisciplinary team. Under the guidance of our Complex Community Nurse youll ensure that the clients care is clinically safe empowering and filled with joy and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe high-standard care in line with a comprehensive care plan.
- Provide specialist clinical support including:
Tracheostomy care
Central line management
Jejunostomy and stoma care
- Take a holistic person-centred approach supporting the clients physical social and emotional well-being.
- Work a mix of day and night shifts (flexibility is essential as she transitions from school to adult life).
- Engage in meaningful fun activities - she enjoys baking beach trips shopping museums reading music and more!
Qualifications :
What youll need
- NMC-registered nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) with relevant clinical experience.
- Confident in delivering complex care or willing to be trained.
- Passionate about promoting independence dignity and quality of life.
- Approachable patient and able to build trusting relationships.
- Flexible reliable and a strong team player.
