Job Summary

General Summary:
- The therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic recreation to patients in the in-patient rehabilitation program in JBCC. Works as part of the inter-disciplinary team to assist patients achieve the highest level of functioning possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work requires the knowledge of theories principles and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in Recreational Therapy and six months of previous experience in rehabilitation setting. An internship with a concentration in rehabilitation preferred.
- Certification from the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) required.

Rehabilitation at The Johns Hopkins Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine
Salary Range: Minimum 23.00/hour - Maximum 37.97/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
