Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Accounting & Operations Specialist to join a newly established international chemical distribution company based in Fort Lee NJ. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing organization from its early stages contributing to both accounting and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and eager to take on increasing responsibilities including implementing an AI-powered ERP system and supporting financial and supply chain operations across the Americas.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the selection and implementation of an AI-powered ERP system under the guidance of company leadership.
Manage end-to-end ERP processes including data entry tracking and reporting.
Prepare and review accounting and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with quarterly and year-end closing activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
Conduct bank reconciliations and process journal entries related to expenses accounts receivable inventory and accruals.
Analyze financial budgets revenue and expense trends providing insights and recommendations.
Support supply chain and logistics operations particularly for importing and distributing products across the Americas.
Collaborate with management to improve workflow efficiency and implement best practices in accounting and operations.
