Were looking for a Business Development Manager (Enterprise) who can open doors run winning sales cycles and build long-term relationships with the largest multinational companies in Europe. Youll position Enersee as the go-to AI platform for energy and sustainability leadersturning complex real estate portfolios into efficiency powerhouses.

Enersee analyzes building and infrastructure data to reveal hidden inefficiencies and provide real-time actionable insightsso organizations can take the right action now to hit cost and emissions targets.
Why this role matters
As one of our first BDM youll be a key revenue driver expanding Enersee into multinational organizations with large complex building portfolios. From retail giants to hospital networks youll uncover their biggest efficiency challenges and show them why Enersee is the answer.
What youll do
Prospect & qualify: Build and manage a targeted account list; run smart outbound work inbound and create a pipeline with SDR/marketing support.
Run full-cycle deals: Lead discovery demos value cases proposals and negotiations to close high-value contracts.
Map stakeholders: Navigate multi-threaded cycles with operations sustainability finance and VP/C-level sponsors.
Prove value fast: Orchestrate pilots/POCs with Customer Success and Product to demonstrate measurable impact.
Forecast & report: Maintain accurate pipeline and next steps in HubSpot; deliver reliable weekly forecasts.
Co-sell & collaborate: Partner with Marketing on campaigns/events and with Product on customer feedback that sharpens our offer.
Represent Enersee: Join industry events and meetups; contribute customer insights to our messaging and collateral.
Job requirements
Our ideal hire
Enterprise (SaaS) sales experience: Solid track record selling to large accounts; comfortable with complex multi-stakeholder cycles.
Hunter mindset: Proactive pipeline generation and persistence from first touch to signature.
Consultative & technical curiosity: Can translate energy/sustainability problems into clear business value; bonus if you know ISO 50001 IPMVP or related frameworks.
Business fluency in AI/analytics: Able to explain how our AI-driven insights work and why they matter.
Languages: Fluent in English plus at least one major EU language (Dutch German or French).
Bonus points if you have
Energy sector experience: Proven understanding of the energy sustainability or built environment landscape ideally with exposure to enterprise energy efficiency decarbonization or smart building solutions.
