Role specifics and growth: In this assignment you will conduct comprehensive evaluations develop and implement individualized treatment plans and track patient progress toward functional goals. Youll manage a broad spectrum of cases including post-surgical rehab musculoskeletal conditions neurological impairments and gait and balance training. Your clinical decisions will be grounded in evidence-based practice and youll collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other therapists to coordinate care transitions and maximize outcomes. The position emphasizes ongoing professional development through mentorship access to continuing education and opportunities to expand your scope of practice. Youll also benefit from a structured support network including 24/7 assistance as you travel with the company ensuring timely answers to clinical questions and administrative needs.
