Music Administrator
Part Time (FTE 0.8) Ongoing Position

Reporting to the Director of Music the Music Administrator provides high level administration support to enable the efficient operation of the music department at Siena College. A highly organised and efficient individual you can work across competing priorities whilst maintaining professionalism. With your strong communication and interpersonal skills you can oversee the Instrumental Music Program from the enrolment stage through to the ongoing coordination of the program. You will have the opportunity to support an outstanding music program working with our talented music staff and students to deliver the seamless administration of music programs including musical productions concerts ensembles and camps. Experience using the music program Music Monitor will be highly regarded. As a member of the Music Department the successful applicant provides administrative support and assistance to the Director of Music and to College staff and students involved in both curricular Classroom Music and the cocurricular Instrumental Music program.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy music department or other fast-paced administrative environment excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to quickly adapt to various College software and apps. Experience working with the Music Monitor database system is highly advantageous.
