About the Role
Youll oversee our Home & Living services in Wodonga ensuring your team is engaged high-performing and aligned with Arumas mission. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with authentic leadership will help create a supportive environment for both staff and customers.
About You
- At least five years experience in a middle management role ideally within disability services
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Individual Support Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management or equivalent
- A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service
- Skilled in mentoring coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others
- Empathy compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives
- A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring out the best in people

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build a motivated high-performing team
- Manage budgets rosters and team performance to meet strategic priorities
- Champion human rights and person-centred practices in all aspects of service delivery
- Coordinate multiple systems and processes to ensure operational success
