Job Summary

We are looking for a capable and service-driven individual to join our team in a leadership role within Conference & Events this position you will ensure the seamless delivery of events by overseeing the planning and preparation process before staff arrival including staff allocations and a detailed understanding of Event Orders. You will supervise and support the team to uphold consistent service standards while also delivering hands-on food and beverage service and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with kitchen teams to ensure the quality and presentation of food maintaining hygiene and legislative standards and working closely with the Conference and Events Sales team to ensure all client requirements are met. You will manage post-function reporting invoicing and contribute to a thorough end-of-day clean-up and equipment check.

A strong focus on guest satisfaction team morale and proactive problem-solving is essential along with a commitment to training and developing team members. You will also be responsible for completing departmental objectives conducting performance evaluations and supporting the wider leadership team in achieving operational excellence. This role demands attention to detail a high level of efficiency and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.


Qualifications :

You are a passionate Food & Beverage professional with strong attention to detail exceptional communication skills and a drive for exceptional service. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a proactive solutions-focused approach to every challenge. Your ability to manage events from planning through to execution ensures clients return time and again. You have several years of experience in a Conference & Events or F&B managerial role and are looking to grow your career in hotels and hospitality
