Job Summary
Amazon is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Producer to join our fast-paced VIS studio. Successful candidates will be self-starters strong communicators very detail-oriented and highly creative. They should have a solid visual culture background and understanding of video CGI XR AI and content trends.
The role will require identifying new opportunities and driving projects independently in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key job responsibilities
Manage all operational aspects of projects from inception to completion including creating schedules determining resources estimating timelines tracking costs and ensuring project completion. Projects will include but are not limited to e-commerce product page content and marketing campaigns.
Act as the project lead to remove obstacles and avoid production roadblocks.
Establish strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
Facilitate project-related meetings (kickoffs status updates internal reviews etc.) to align all stakeholders on action steps.
Deep dive into project requirements even when they are ambiguous and work to continuously optimize processes and workflows.
Work closely with the cross-functional department to verify that produced assets comply with legal and contractual requirements.
Provide regular feedback to creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines.
Possess experience in managing and delivering large volumes of visual assets to external partners.

制作チームに対しプロジェクトの優先順位づけやマイルストーン期限の共有など定期的なフィードバックを行う
大量のビジュアルアセットを外部パートナーに納品する経験を持つ
About the team
Amazons Visual Innovation Services (VIS) we build the worlds best online shopping experience through produce product imagery photography videos and graphics enabling millions of customers to make more informed purchasing decisions. VIS is a large and fast-growing network of teams located throughout North America Europe and Asia focusing on video and CGI production automated image acquisition and image support services.
We continuously innovate and set new industry standards for showcasing tens of millions of products across multiple global marketplaces. We are obsessed with innovating on behalf of our customers and continually pushing beyond the boundaries of traditional e-commerce experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Production Producer Project Manager or in a similar role within a production company design studio or internal creative operations team.
Extensive experience with all forms of digital marketing including mobile web and social media.
Self-motivated flexible highly organized detail-oriented reliable and able to effectively multitask in order to meet tight deadlines.
Skilled at collaborating across teams and synthesizing feedback and input from the Business Team.
Excellent project management communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development processes.
Language proficiency : Fluent Japanese and business level English

Experience producing localized video content as well as motion design and streamlining video post-production workflows for high-volume output.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong relationships.
Experience managing asset workflows creative processes and collaborating with creative teams.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
