Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full Time Sushi Sushi Supervisor to join our Royal Adelaide Hospital team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing sushi preparation managing staff ensuring food safety standards are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What youll do:
Oversee sushi preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and quality
Ensure compliance meets company and food safety standards
Manage inventory stock ordering and waste control
Monitor store and team performance to report to management team
Uphold company standards in service safety and product quality

What youll bring:
Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a sushi preparation environment
Strong knowledge of sushi preparation ingredients and cuisine
Understanding of sushi store operations
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Knowledge of food safety hygiene and workplace health standards.
